Oh forgot to add,

Sometimes if you don't P for a long time, you really have to go, and you feel really bad, but once you P after that dry spell, you will feel relief as you never have before. After such a P, you may cry, or learn something new, or even your whole world view might change (if it did, I would have like to been their to see it) So remember for a healthy body, you should P at least two or three times a day.
